Question 1

How long will my carpets take to dry?

Accepted Answer

Most carpets are dry within a few hours. Drying time can vary depending on the carpet, ventilation, room temperature and how heavily the carpet needed to be cleaned. Good ventilation or air conditioning can help speed up the drying process.

Question 2

Can you remove every stain?

Accepted Answer

We achieve excellent results on many stains, but no professional carpet cleaner can guarantee that every stain will be completely removed. The result can depend on what caused the stain, how long it has been present, the carpet fibre and whether other cleaning products have previously been used. Our priority is always to achieve the best possible result without risking damage to your carpet.

Question 3

What does your carpet-cleaning process involve?

Accepted Answer

We start by inspecting the carpet and identifying any areas requiring particular attention. The carpet is thoroughly vacuumed before an appropriate pre-treatment is applied. We then agitate the carpet where required to help release embedded soil and follow with professional extraction and rinsing. Stains are treated as appropriate, and we carry out a final check of the cleaned carpet.

Question 4

Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?

Accepted Answer

We are happy to move smaller items such as chairs, small tables and other light furniture where practical. Very heavy furniture such as beds, large wardrobes or heavily loaded units will normally remain in place and we will clean around them. If possible, please remove smaller personal items, shoes, baskets and other belongings from the floor before we arrive.

Question 5

Do I need to prepare the room before my carpet cleaning?

Accepted Answer

There isn't much you need to do. We vacuum the carpet as part of our professional cleaning process, so you don't need to vacuum beforehand. If possible, please clear small belongings, toys, shoes and loose cables from the floor. This gives us more room to work and helps us complete the cleaning efficiently.

Question 6

Is it safe for children and pets?

Accepted Answer

We use professional carpet-cleaning products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. As a sensible precaution, children, babies and pets should be kept away from the areas being cleaned during the cleaning process and until the carpet is fully dry. If anyone in the property has particular allergies, sensitivities or respiratory concerns, please let us know before the appointment so we can discuss this with you.

Question 7

How much does professional carpet cleaning cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on factors such as the number and size of the areas being cleaned, the condition of the carpets, staining and the location of the property. Send us your details and photographs through our quote form or WhatsApp and we'll assess the job and provide you with a quote before the work is booked.
